Doctorate Candidate in Restorative Dentistry | Special Interest in Endodontics, Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry

Dr. Gita Deepak Buxani graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Melaka-Manipal Medical College in 2016 and began her professional journey serving in the Malaysian government healthcare sector in her hometown of Penang, a place she proudly calls home as a true Penangite. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in community dentistry, preventive oral healthcare, and patient education, especially in treating children.

She later joined St Tiew Dental Group, where she continues to advance her clinical expertise. In 2024, she completed her Master of Oral Science at University of Malaya and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Gita has a special interest in Endodontics, Prosthodontics, and Implant Dentistry, with experience managing complex restorative cases and accepting referrals for challenging endodontic treatments. She believes strongly in practicing evidence-based dentistry while treating patients holistically, ensuring care is tailored to each individual’s overall health, function, and long-term well-being. She practices microendodontics ensuring top tier treatment for her patients

Outside of dentistry, she is passionate about educating the public through her oral health awareness series GiGITALKs. Beyond the clinic, she enjoys dancing, creative expression, and spending quality time with family and friends over board game nights.
